Where we ship
Currently the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time — join the list on our contact page and we'll email when it opens.

Processing time
Orders confirm within 48 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday). You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Tracked delivery arrives in seven to fourteen business days after processing. Delivery times can occasionally extend during major holidays or peak carrier volume.

Shipping cost
Free tracked shipping on every US order — no minimum.

Tracking
A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships. Every package is trackable door to door. If tracking hasn't updated for more than five business days, reply to your order confirmation and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Address changes
We can update the shipping address only before the order ships. Reply to your order confirmation as soon as possible — once tracking is issued, the address is locked in with the carrier.

Lost or delayed packages
If a package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, or hasn't moved in ten business days, reply to your order confirmation. We'll open a carrier investigation and either resend or refund per the outcome.

Damaged or incorrect items
Photograph the packaging and item within seventy-two hours of delivery and reply to your order confirmation. We'll ship a replacement or refund at your choice.
