Every ARC order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee.

How it works

If ARC isn't for you, reply to your order confirmation email with the word "refund" within 60 days of delivery. We send you a prepaid return label, you drop the package off, and the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return scanning in. We pay the return shipping.

What qualifies

Everything. Used, opened, tried for a month: all fine. The only thing we ask is that the device and strap come back in the box.

Warranty

Separate from returns, every ARC carries a 2-year hardware warranty. If it stops working within two years of delivery, reply to your order email and we replace it at no cost.

Damaged or wrong item

Photograph the item and packaging within 72 hours of delivery and reply to your order confirmation. We ship a replacement or refund you, your choice.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds appear within 5 business days of the return scan. If it's been longer, check with your bank first (processing times vary), then contact us and we'll trace it.
