What is the difference between the three kits?
Mask is the face panel on its own, with a 400mAh battery — roughly 1.5 to 2 hours of sessions per charge. Mask + Neck adds the 156-LED neck panel on an adjustable strap. Mask + Neck Pro is the same pair, with the face panel upgraded to 1200mAh, so you charge it about a third as often.
How often should I use it?
Most at-home routines run ten to fifteen minutes, three to five nights a week. The panel shuts itself off at the end of a session, so you don't need to watch a clock.
Do I need goggles?
No. The panel has eye cut-outs, so your eyes stay uncovered and unlit. If a mode feels bright, close your eyes for the session.
Does it go over my skincare?
Start on clean, dry skin with nothing under the panel. Apply serum and moisturiser afterwards, at the point in your routine where you'd normally use them.
