Do I have to lie completely flat?
The pod is designed for a flat back on a mat or the floor with knees bent. You can also use it in bed or on a firm couch. Wearing it standing up is not the intended use.
How does the EMS feel?
A gentle contracting sensation across the muscles. Intensity is adjustable via the wired remote — lower settings feel like a light hum, higher settings are noticeable but not painful.
